I Need Your Help

Like the title says, I need your help! I have made several book covers for my new book ‘All That Matters’ which is about to be release. After a long process I have finally gotten the cover choices narrowed down to four options. I just can’t seem to pick one for the cover of my book. So I am hopping all of you who read my blog can help me choose the best cover.

Introducing ‘All That Matters’

I am so excited to introduce a project I have been working on since October of 2010.

‘All That Matters’ is a book I have written, a novella, about Ethan Wright who is just like any other high school kid. But one day he is lucky enough to meet the girl of his dreams. Throughout the course of high school he learns to cope with incredibly difficult odds to discover all that matters.

My desire to write a book came along as a result of having so much fun writing for my own blog and for a role playing game website called ‘Stargazers World‘. I wanted try and put my creative writing energy into a book. The result is novella titled ‘All That Matters’.

Currently ‘All That Matters’ is in the very final stages of editing and should be available on Amazon.com in the next few weeks and available on the Barnes and Noble nook shortly thereafter. I am really looking forward to hearing what people have to say about my first attempt at writing a book.

Hanging Out At Sandy Beach

Today Hannah, and I spent the day at Sandy Beach with our dog Sasha. I recently got a new camera, a Canon G12, that I got to use for the first time today. I have to say I am pretty happy with it. Below are some of the pictures I took. I didn’t do any color correcting or anything. These are just straight from the camera.

My 4 Hour Body Update

Since January 10, 2011 I have been on the Slow Carb Diet as described in the book, The 4 Hour Body. I am happy to write that I am trilled with the results! I feel great. I look great. I have more energy than ever before. It’s just amazing!

My Weight Loss Graphed Out

The image above shows my weight loss as I have documented it. Any gaps are the result of not being able to record my weight due to being away from my scale.

You may have noticed from the graph that I seem to have stopped making progress. This is true. I am currently within my BMI range. I could lose a few more pounds and tight up my body a bit more if I did ANY exercise at all. I am slowly talking myself into picking up the Kettlebell work out. If I do, I might just have to post some before and after photos.

Playing A Show July 3rd For Independence Day

I am pretty excited about this. My band, Fire on McGinnis will be playing a 4th of July show on July 3rd at the Rendezvous bar.

Some of you who are not from Juneau Alaska might be scratching your heads and wondering; why on earth should he be excited about playing a show the day before the 4th of July? Well the answer is this. Because in Juneau its light out most of the day this time of year. The only time it gets dark enough to celebrate Independence Day in Juneau is at 12:01 AM on the morning of the 4th.

I have always had a good time playing shows at the Rendezvous and I am looking forward to this one. So if you happen to find yourself on Franklin street celebrating the holiday come on over to the bar and celebrate with us!
